Instructional Multimedia Services (IMS) provides multimedia resources and support to the faculty, students and staff of Whitman College. In addition to equipment checkout, event setup and support - IMS maintains smart classrooms across campus.

If you are requesting Audio or Video Recording of an event, you will need to have the presenter fill out and sign a Recording Permission form. IMS cannot record without this form on file prior to the start of the event.
