Classroom & Event Technology (CET) Fees and Basic Policies

EVENTS MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY (8am-5pm)

CET requires (14) fourteen days notice for event support. Without proper notice, we may not be available to support your event and there is a $150.00 late notice fee. If the request is for a staff member to stay during your event an hourly fee of $25/hr will apply. There is not a fee for simple set up and take down only.

AFTER HOUR SUPPORT/WEEKENDS (after 5pm weekdays and on weekends)

Event support is $50/hr for after business hours and weekend support. After business hours and weekend support requires (14) fourteen days notice. Without proper notice, we may not be available to support your event and there is a $150.00 late notice fee. For set up and take down only events there is a 1 hour minimum fee. 

Event Setup Requirements 

It is important that event organizer(s)/presenter(s) arrive on time for setup. If the organizer(s)/presenter(s) is unable to arrive on time, please notify us via email beforehand. In the event that no prior email communication is received and the organizer(s)/presenter(s) arrive less than 10 minutes before the scheduled start time, an additional fee will be added. 

REQUEST FOR ZOOM/STREAMING SUPPORT

In addition to hourly rates, there is a standard flat fee of $75 ( during business hrs) / $150 (during non-business hrs). Streaming support requires (14) fourteen days notice and will be strictly enforced. Click Zoom/Streaming Support for more detailed information on streaming services. If you would like to add zoom or streaming to your event, there will be a minimum 1 hour set up and take down fee. If requesting Zoom support for a 100% virtual event, hourly rates apply.

RECORD EVENT

Recording permission forms must be received no less than 48 hours prior to your event or we can not record your event.
