When you first connect your computer to the Whitman network you will have to register it with the college. To do so simply make sure you are connected to the network (either through the wireless or an ethernet connection) and open your web browser. The following page should appear. If it does not, go to whitreg.whitman.edu.
Enter your Whitman username and password and follow the instructions on the subsequent pages.
Once you have finished registration, restart your computer and you should be able to connect normally.
