Personal File Storage
Current Whitman students, faculty and staff have access to Google Drive and Office 365 OneDrive. Both options have unlimited storage space. Please remember to download or transfer your files before you leave Whitman.
Departmental File Storage
Whitman staff who need to share large amounts of data on our campus network can use winFiles or Admfiles. If your department has folders shared on these drives, most likely your computer has already been setup to access it. For more information about winFiles visit this page:
File Storage for Classes
A great way for faculty to share files with their classes is Canvas, our online Learning Management System. Canvas allows faculty to create courses and online spaces and can keep faculty and their students connected with many different tools. Contact canvas_help@whitman.edu for more information.
