Connecting to Your Voicemail

- Press your “voicemail” button: an envelope icon (hard-key) or “msgs” (soft-key)
- Enter your pass-codeyour PIN, then press [#].
From Other Phones
- Call the voicemail system:
- On-campus – x5788
- Off-campus – 509.527.5788
- Wait the voice to pick up, then press [*]
- When asked for “ID” enter your extension-#, then press [#].
- Enter your pass-codeyour PIN, then press [#].

Forwarding a Message
- Skip to the end of the message [#].
- Press [5].
- You will be prompted to enter an introduction to the greeting. When you are done press [#].
- You will then be prompted to enter the name of the person you are forwarding the message to.
- Follow the prompt to use the keypad on the phone to spell out their name or...
- Press [#][#] to enter “numeric” mode
- and enter the extension-# to forward the message to.
