Making edits to requests

  • A request might be “routed back” to you in order for you to make necessary changes. When that happens, use the Edit Request button to make those changes.

Note: If you are presented with buttons to “approve” or “reject” the request, then the request is currently waiting on your decision, and the approval process will not continue until you take action. If you made edits to the request, for instance, select “Approve” to confirm those edits and re-submit the request for approval. If it’s not clear to you what decision to make, reach out to reservation@whitman.edu with any questions that you have.
