The Duo Mobile app is a secure app designed to protect your privacy.

I am/will be traveling internationally.  What should I be aware of?

You have three options:

  1. If you have WIFI or Cellular access on your smartphone, use the app as you always have using the PUSH function.
  2. If you do NOT have WIFI or cellular access on your smartphone, open the installed Duo app, tap  SHOW on the Whitman account, and use the 6-digit passcode instead. The passcode will change with each use.
  3. If you do not have a smartphone or will not be taking one with you, please stop by the WCTS Help Desk to checkout a keychain fob for use while you are abroad.
