- Additionally, you must be enrolled in multi-factor authentication (MFA) to access the VPN service.
Cisco AnyConnect Client
The Cisco AnyConnect Client is necessary for using the VPN. The WCTS Help Desk can facilitate getting the required VPN software it set up on your Whitman-issued computer.

Connecting your computer to the VPN
- Open the the Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client
- Type: vpn.whitman.edu in the blank box and then click Connect
- Type in your Whitman username
- Type your VPN password (this is not your MyWhitman password)
- Type in the desired Duo MFA method in to the 'Second Password' field
- Click OK
